Lemon Squares!
One of my favorite sweets Mama Annie loves to bake...LEMON SQUARES. This is where we got our blog site's name...
It is a great bar cookie with a butter cookie crust filled with lemon feelings...to add a good and irresistable taste, confectionary sugar tops it all.
Up for orders??? It is available in box's 8 and 6. PM me or send email thru lemondropsfactory@gmail.com

Sharing our piece of recipe...Oven Baked Chicken Lollipop
I tried this recipe during the birthday celebration of my hubby (i've done this when we were still BF-GF) back in 2004. We tried to modify a bit the recipe. The actual recipe is for chicken finger but I used chicken lollipop...(still the wing part of the chix). Hope you'll enjoy this.
1 cup breadings (I used the skyflakes crumbs...you have to do it yourself)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
12 pieces chicken lollipop
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
12 pieces chicken lollipop
CRANBERRY ORANGE SAUCE:
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water, divided
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup water
HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water, divided
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
Direction:
In a plastic bag, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; set aside. In a small bowl, combine garlic and oil. Dip lollipops in oil mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, combine the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Add cranberries, orange juice and water; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 2-3 minutes more, crushing the berries while stirring. For honey mustard sauce, dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water in a saucepan. Add honey, mustard and remaining water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve with chicken for dipping.
